In almost all cases we will request that you fill out a questionnaire before we meet.  This gives us a clear idea of what the medical and financial issues are for you and your family.   You can download questionnaires at the links on the left.

The first 1/2 hour of any consultation is free.  Work can be done either hourly, or on a flat fee basis.  Generally by the end of our first meeting, we will have a good idea of the amount of work that will be needed, and we will be able to tell you what the flat fee would be to retain our services.

Estate planning involves looking ahead and planning for your assets, and for those you love.  It involves making sure you have proper documents in place, such as living wills, powers of attorney for health care, powers of attorney for finances, wills, trusts, and sometimes business entities such as Limited Liabilty Corporations and Partnerships.

After receiving your questionnaire, we will meet with you and again quote you a flat fee for the work we are going to perform.  There are certain times that a fee may change, but primarily when unexpected work arises that needs to be performed. This is rare and occurs only when the work is outside the scope of the original work.
